Agenzia LEWA by Lega Quinto has been operating in the tourism sector since 1976.
In 2016, therefore, it celebrated forty years of activity, gaining a great deal of experience which is a guarantee of reliability and competence. Agenzia LEWA provides buying and selling, consultancy and appraisal services for real estate and commercial activities.
Furthermore, in the tourism sector, it offers the possibility of choosing between renting apartments for the holidays and a stay at the Hotel Gadames. In both cases, for each apartment or hotel room, we provide, included in the price, an umbrella with two sunbeds at Bagno Gildo 216. Both the Gadames Hotel and Bagno Gildo 216 are managed directly by the Lega family.
Vacation apartment rental
Our Agency rents out apartments in the towns of Cervia, Milano Marittima and Pinarella, generally in the homes of private owners or in small condominium contexts, in quiet residential areas. We mainly operate on monthly rentals (from the 1st to the 30th of each month), but also fortnightly (from the 1st to the 15th and from the 16th to the 30th of each month), or seasonal (from May to September).
Our prices include: costs for electricity, water and gas, final cleaning. No agency fees. Our prices include: 1 umbrella with two sunbeds at Bagno GILDO 216 which is located in Cervia near the centre, between Viale dei Mille and the port.
Prices do not include the tourist tax. Upon delivery of the keys, tourists will have to pay the tourist tax to the managers of the accommodation facilities.
Bed linen, kitchen and bathroom linen are not supplied and therefore must be brought by the customer.
